Basically I was doing Kundalini Yoga yesterday night as always ,and experienced something I normally do not experience. The base of the spine started to heat, a lot. And there was a weird force field type sensation like your getting sucked into something. So this heat was in the extreme base ,then it went a little up (in the sacral region). Then it stopped and stayed there for 4-5 minutes. It was growing more hot and atleast some heat reached my solar region but then it "disappeared" somewhere. Literally just gone. Poof. I thought I was going to have some kind of kundalini experience but all I had was heat and weird anti forcefield sucking into something feeling. The force from the heat was like repelling. You know the feeling when you try to put +ve terminals of two magnets together and they repel each other. It was like a strong repelling force (generated inside the heat.) It was like your getting sucked into the base while the force is repelling you. Some kind of repulsion attraction thing going on.

Does this sound like a blockage in the sacral or solar ,or some other type of phenomenon ? Has anyone experienced this sort of phenomenon and can anyone give any information pertaining to this ?

Just keep steady what you have been doing. Many of the expectations created by over-exaggerations (And imaginations of people without actual experiences) do not need to push you to expect something specific.

You are opening up the lower channel now. You need to keep meditating. In the beginning, these can be very faint sensations, but they are signs that you are on the right path.

Your hip chakras must also be kept open, so do some Hatha to keep them open properly.

So I need to focus on the lower chakras and keep doing the things I'm already doing ?

This is so weird, It happened to me yeaterday too! The energy was blocked to the 4th chakra and then After i while it didn't felt as strong (and because this happened in my bed after a while i fell a sleep) In my experience my tailbone was pulsating.

The same thing happened to me these last two days, only that the energy went up to the neck and stayed just below the throat chakra.

Yes, because this is a sign you have been doing correct meditations for yourself to make a buildup. This needs to be maintained to pull you through a 'next stage'.

Yes, because this is a sign you have been doing correct meditations for yourself to make a buildup. This needs to be maintained to pull you through a 'next stage'.
