AOP combined with Hatha joga ?

Is it a good idear to combine, to safe time ?

satanas center chakras x2 -> 2x in each pillow of the soul.
-> from the crown down each chakra 13 reps with the recomendet asana besides the last one 20(or 13 base and 7 in 3rd eye) to reach a total reps of 111.
then again satanas center chakras x2 -> 2x in each pillow of the soul.
+ Affirmation x18.
