Question: 13 steps of alchemy

HPS Maxine mentioned in a seromon the 13 steps of alchemy, and that the 13th step is hidden.
Does anyone know what the first 12 steps are? I am very curious about this!

I think this is an allegory for Magnum Opus, which has 13 steps. Seems like only the first 3 are given, the rest is given by Satan directly to whoever reach that stage.

Can you tell me which these 3 steps are?

Is it like : understand what you have to do, be open, meditate inorder to become stronger?
