Depending on your level of advancement, time and lots of it.

The foundation meditation is our most basic form of obtaining and 'feeding' off of energy. Our souls run off of energy so it's vital to regain what we lose when doing magick, kind of like 'mana'.

Runes and vibrations are also a good way to obtain energy but it's important to watch for what runes you vibrate, you wouldn't want to invoke the raw energy of HAGL (HAIL) for example as this rune is all about suffering and destruction. For you, I'd say you can vibrate RAUM 100 times or 54 times, focus on the vibration and tune into the 'RAUM', this will raise your energy quite substantially. SOWILO is also a good rune to vibrate for energy, both are very powerful.

I would advise you though to not overdo it and know your limitations, as too much energy than your soul can handle can actually do more harm than good. You'll know you're reaching your limit when your energy levels are so high that you begin to feel very frustrated and very jittery, that would be a good time to stop or take a break, even if you didn't reach 100 or 54 rounds or even 20; always consider what you can and can't do first and set realistic goals for yourself.

Doing the RTR and focusing on your vibrations will also raise your energy.

Your body can only handle so much energy. This depends on how advanced you are, how much your chakras are open and so how much energy they can handle. If you invoke too much energy it could have side effects. Just an example if you vibrate Satanas for 216 reps the ammount of energy that you are going to raise is different than someone that do the same but has the kundalini rised. That is because the last one can handle much more energy and will naturaly raise much more than you.

No I never even heard of Bihar until right now. I was new and I wanted to help so Lerajie gave me this idea and made me write it down. Either I thought of it myself, or Lerajie told it to me and made me think it. But I didn't read it from anywhere.

That will only burn him. In my opinion the Merkaba is useless if you cant enter a trance state or if your astral senses are not open enough to see what you are doing.

No I never even heard of Bihar until right now. I was new and I wanted to help so Lerajie gave me this idea and made me write it down. Either I thought of it myself, or Lerajie told it to me and made me think it. But I didn't read it from anywhere.

That's because the frontal rotation part was eerily similar to a meditation I saw in the book. The ancient Hindus might have got it from daemons in ancient times. Its good that we're rediscovering the knowledge.

Thanks for your help! I need much energy, I am spending 3-4h for spirituality and using alot of magick, Final RTR, Venus square, Sex magick, Programming my Aura, healing, charging a stone, and creating a thoughtform and of course meditating. Be very careful with it if you still have lacking control over your mind. Better just increase the amount of void meditation you do every day and only start doing the merkaba once you can control your mind properly.

You can try it out a few times but if you notice negative things it'd probably be better to stop and stick to void meditation first.

I believe the merkaba is useful to anyone willing to put in the time to master it. The only requirement in my eyes is to have very good control over your mind.
