So the victory is just turned into juice victory... they are not fools, they can turn anything into profit

Don't forget that after all it's a perfect marketing opportunity. Only 100 millions EUR for a worldwide "free" advertisement during prime time that some generous company is willing to donate "significant" amount of cash. For comparison, 30' ad during Super Bowl 2019 costs on average about 5 million USD. Overall It seems like a calculated investments rather than glorious act of help, but in the end brainwashed people are going to perceive it otherwise.
