Focus on your third eye and visualize it as a bright white vortex, bright like the sun, then breathe white-gold energy into the chakra from all sides of it building the energy up inside of the chakra and gently compressing it; then hold your breath for 4 to 8 seconds retaining the white-gold energy inside of your third-eye (do not push this, I never hold for more than 8 seconds). When you exhale, visualize the chakra expanding and glowing brighter and brighter as you are exhaling.

The above is 1 round and you are free to do as many as you like.

This meditation not only helps to empower your third eye, but it also assists in removing any blockages that might hinder your progress on it.
