Besides that you should find out which meditation suits you. http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ogram.html is a good start for meditation. After that have a look and find the right meditation or physical meditation (Tai Chi, martial arts, Kundalini yoga, etc) that raises your energies the best and gives you the greatest amount of bioelectricity - while at the same time making you feel good.
