our government doesnt have the right to control commerce, tycoons technically have the right to place whatever stipulations that they wish on their products.
if they want they can make the price for their services as high as they want, and they can charge as frequently as they want...internet providers require that the customer signs contracts stating that the terms of service are agreed upon.
the united states is capitalist, and it is a very socialist thing to have the government controlling industry.
when(if) people see the positive significance of having representatives that advocate for your freedoms, preventing industry from abusing their power, they will(might)
wish for a different system altogether.
