just want to ask...how does chi energy flow into the body?,does chi energy flow from crown to base or from base to crown

Both. Through the feet and legs into the center base and up out the crown, down through the crown down to your solar, into your left arm through your hand and out your right arm and hand, back from your center base to the base of your spine up your spine chakras into your crown then down into your psychic eyes and front chakras where it reenters your center base.

and remember the centre of the body is manipura, not anahata.
