Heat in lower chakras after yoga, and workings

Hello all

Recently after doing yoga I've noticed quite a bit of heat in my lower chakras after I'm done, and it's growing in intensity and rising up and into my upper chakras now. It's not too much heat, but it is quite noticeable. And I can actually feel it physically when I touch my back.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I'm not very far along for being dedicated for 2 years, and I'm pretty sure I'm not far enough to rise my Kundalini. So it worries me a bit, but I'm sure if it was life threatening or super important my GD would have told me about it.

when I have heat in my lower back I just consider that to be success at yoga. it is usually accompanied by flexibility and a healthy feeling. after a round of yoga that is

It's honestly pretty nice of a feeling, and it's winter so it warms me a bit while I'm doing my exercises XD

I even get it during the MUNKA working, and the Final RTR. Along with the feeling of my solar chakra silently humming away as it spins, though at first this was accompanied by a pretty big apatite.
