It's essential in mastering the art of both black and white magic, and in becoming a Magus.

The reasons for it should be obvious and I'm not going to elaborate as of yet.

However I propose an alternative version of it, or rather an addition.

So instead of just visualizing the energy, I visualize all of the 5 elements come together. They have various colors, shades, such as neon, radiant, pastel and such. But in the end it comes down to Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Ether or Aether.

As I visualize the 5 elements come together it has this incredible color. You could say it's a rainbow diamond-ish. I inhale it through my Crown Chakra and let it fill every Nadi of my Soul. Everything else is the same as in EFM.


I'd appreciate if anyway would try and comment regarding this variation.
