Secure free time and do each RTR once a day. Dedicate, if at all possible, your time to do each one at least once a day. Also, remember the keys. If this is at all not possible 72, 42 and communications should be done, along with the anti war rituals, each at least once a day, and then adding others, for example if you are experiencing confusion, do the anti-confusion ritual. Use the RTRs for personal benefit, adapting it to your individual circumstance. For example, if a RTR would alleviate a particular problem and the RTR is conductive to that goal, perform the ritual, as it will radiate from you and affect you, firstly out of all others. we must make sure it doesnt come to that... when in war, one does not think about what will happen if we lose, one concentrates on how to win and how to act at this moment and what to do to make the best out of it

Its just following the schedule the jews recite their torah.
Its usually the same every year but because the days change each year it might not be on the same week.
Not too knowledgeable on this subject but I've seen earlier on the old forum that they posted a topic/reply on how they figure out the schedules.

Honestly if it did go down, then intuition would guide you to what RTR you need to perform. Always worked for me, I can just feel which RTR is right about now.
