Negative stars

Quick question how to sublimate stars for good. Any meditation I can add to my meditation program. A negative star is conjunct my main ruling planet and I do see its effects in my life and personality more than I want to.

I looked all over the JOS site but didn't see a meditation to sublimate stars.

If you know of a post that talks about it please point me to it. I am not asking for a reading on what the star would do or how it affects me I am asking how to sublimate it
