Unwanted thoughts, help!

Hi, i need help to something.
Its not something new for me, its almost since I remember myself.
I always had unwanted thoughts. I always waS describing it, as there is something in me that wants to scare me and is telling me all I m afraid of.

Please can you tell me what to do to through away the bad thoughts? I know I have to do void meditation and built stronger aura, correct me if wrong, but is there anything to do the exact time it comes?
Any spell to repeat in mind perhaps?
Any ritual to do?

Can you tell me all the things can be done?

You can always try the ISS rune to still your mind. Also SATANAS helps when under enemy mind control attempts. But generally yeah that's it, void meditation, detaching negative influences (negative people connected to your soul will affect your thoughts), aura cleaning and building a strong AOP.

when ever it comes focus on the moment on what ever you are doing.

Unwanted thoughts will still be there if you build a strong aura of protection because as you advance you will open your astral hearing to the... astral. So hearing random noises will happen a lot. It's been said before, *VOID MEDITATION*.

Void meditation is your best friend and it's way more important than what too many SS think, unfortunately. Keep doing it, everyday. Longer than 2 minutes if you need to and of you think it's necessary then more Then once a day.

Everyone should be building a strong AoP everyday along side cleaning your soul everyday as well regardless.
 
What works for me is vibrating SATANAS or spamming the phrase "Satan is upon me" (this is the closer translation I can think of). Void meditation works very well too.
If these can not help you, you can try to distract your mind temporarily with something such as focusing on your breathing, or picture a place you feel safe and comfortable. Also you can try to tune in or think of your GD or any other Demon.

I have never lived without such thoughts, so that somehow don't afraid of this. But it's so much tiring that i d like to get rid of it.
All the others don't have. Hen I was small I wanted to be like otjer children, not to think what I was thinking. But impossible

The thoughts are coming with very big speed and work like poison. Come once and then affecting my feeling ofy energy.

So it's like someone that was stung by bees as a child and everytime they see a flying insect, it petrifies them and takes them back to that traumatic experience.

It sounds to me like you're just a worry wart, but you could have inherited some phobias from your parents, since their emotions and behaviors have a massive influence on us as children, or if you can't think of a time in this life where the fear seems to have started, then maybe there's some past-life stuff you need to work out. The commonly prescribed mantra for this is MUÑKA.

Void, mindfulness and breathing are really the big things here, next up is facing the issue gradually and using rationality to work through the issue and teach your mind that what you fear is nothing to be afraid of after all. I recommend keeping a journal for this. You could also think about invoking the element of earth or working on your root chakra to ground yourself, or try using a rune like ISA.

Your thoughts can't harm you. Try to find ways to get out of your head and into the moment, since anxiety is all about ruminating and catastrophizing over some event in the future that, most of the time, has essentially no chance of actually happening.

Correct you understood, negative thoughts they are. On that way thoughts I have since 5 years old.
As you said, to bring those up and face them, I did last year. Then you have right it reduced.
But I m very tired of it really. To let all that shit again come.
That time when I was leaving it come free, I was even seeing pictures of that scary things not only thoughts.
It reduced when I did. Now I don't see these pictures I mean. Itstoped alone. Thought it was because I faced i.t.
But what ever, its a shit to let it again so free to come and I m tired of it too.others they don't have I always wanted to know how is to live without have it
 
You could try this exercise called "confronting your fears and determining their cause":

Sit in a firm comfortable position and relax. Think about your fears neutrally without forming an opinion. Just accept them like you are practicing the state of empty mind technique like buddhist zazen (or void meditation).

After a while ask yourself "Who is it that is afraid?" Repeat this question again and again until it's almost a mantra, but without consciously forcing an answer!

Write down any answers, insights, or personal impressions that you might have.

Duration of exercise: 15 minutes
Frequency of exercise: at least 3 times a week preferably after waking up or before going to bed. Practice this exercise on a regular basis for at least one month and then write a summary of the results. Later repeat occasionally


Disclaimer: this exercise is from an outside Jos source however I think it's safe and neutral as I have tried it myself with success.

Other things I've tried include simply stating and or visualizing the word CANCEL when obtrusive thoughts arise.

As well as using positive affirmations such as: "Positive thoughts bring me positive results that I desire" or something like that.
 
Aura cleaning and aura of protection may be your best bet, along with things more experienced user have already said in this thread.

To relieve a bit of your "pain" - I also had this all my life and it became quite severe in later years. It drained me of all happiness, strength and joy. As already stated - the techniques stated in this thread can strengthen you and you may also have the guts to confront it.

It may be a mix of being a hypersensitive person, bad experiences and some errant energies pestering/milking you.

Its not exactly a pain, for I never lived without it.
If I get rid of it will be great.

I personally knew of Vinasa, so I did not look over the banishment ritual page for a while, until now.

Here is what "Vinasa" is:

Vinasa is an ancient Sanskrit word of banishment and acts to destroy the unwanted energy and/or entity. This word is to destroy and should not be used for any other purpose.
 
Frightening things, that's enemy harassement. Probably thoughtforms on you. You need to get rid of them and regain control over your mind.

Hey really know I have to get rid of them, they are very tiring. I never lived without this as I have since small. I learned to live with this but its tiring for hav e to arrange all time things with myself to feel fine.at times I avoid just things that remind me tje unwanted thought. Really tiring thing
I have these since 5 years old, an age that I didn't have any religion.I don't know why there were thought forms to annoy me at that age.

I don't think this is thoughtforms or enemy, this is stronger. Is this fear about something deadly? I think you were killed this way in a past life. When people die, that makes the biggest spark of energy go through them that ever happens. If there is a lot of fear during the death, that fear would be amplified by this energy and attach to the soul. I think this is what happened, and you just need to work on removing the attachment to it so it isn't part of you anymore. This is the only explanation I can think why it would be so strong.

And the most important thing. I LOVE revenge. Is it possible to that case? To revenge one from previoua life? By what ways? Which is the demon who can help in such cases?

Hey really know I have to get rid of them, they are very tiring. I never lived without this as I have since small. I have these since 5 years old, an age that I didn't have any religion.I don't know why there were thought forms to annoy me at that age.
Probably family members into enemy programs.

No you are not late at all, I'm still reading it. Thank you very much for the site. Its since I was 5 years old, in fact I never knew a different way of living I had it always. I have to try hard for its not a person just i saw yesterday to detouch. Its even more don't know what I have to detouch.needs study and try.
