Probably a blockage being removed. Do the Star of Astoroth, it helps a lot with aligning and opening the chakras and nadis. This will take what sounds like an excess of energy out from your solar and spread it through your body opening all the energy paths.

Your heart chakra must be blocked.

Usually, one's base chakra is open. A burning sensation or feeling of intense pressure in one of the chakras usually indicates the one above it is blocked. For example, some people experience a burning in the throat, which indicates the 6th chakra is blocked. Energy is trapped and cannot ascend through the next chakra.

If I understand this right - and I understand very few things - this could be indicative of the heart chakra being blocked.

Could you explain this sensation in more detail, if possible? How often and for how long has this been happening?

it happens most of the time but its gone,as am doing a working on emotional recovery,so here's is what I think,the front chakras has to do with emotions as high priest vovim baghie said so I think my emotional problem is what is making energy not to pass through my chakras,but i used to work on my solar plexus alot,so a lot of energy might be stored there but its not seculating,like I have posted before that I am going through anhedonia which numbs emotions,but am really working on it.this is what I think.
