i know stormblood is familair with bija mantras so this question is directed at him,and also everyone.
what bija mantra is best at bringing out ones emotions or helps one in the feelings part.to balances ones emotional feelings.

Klim is a very strong magnetic emotional, pulls emotional energy into you.
The book Mantra Yoga and Primal Sound has a lot about Bija mantras, read from page 87 to 98 to learn about their effects.

I think you've been given sound advice.
I prefer using runes to Sanskrit, so in this case I would go with Vend.
