the only thing is i find it difficult visualizing the light part scanning my aura,is there any other method that i can use

i actually find it easier to visualize when am not upset about not visualizing it,thanks to luis,and yea am not changing it,so thank you too egon.

The ritual felt really good for me too.
Are you using a lamp with the light shining directly in your face? That might help...

no i dont because my eyes are sensitive to light right now so i dont,but anyway i managed to easily visualize it.its better when you just believe its happening instead of getting frustrated.HauptSturm wrote:The ritual felt really good for me too.

also i have managed to be steady on this one,that has been my problem but this rtr rocks.it is the first time am actually feeling motivated to do an rtr without any resistance at all.
