I Wants to Quit Smoking, but it's Hard :(

Post by Lateinischer Soldat »

I don't want to waste anybody's time reading anything long enough to bore somebody to death. Or to the point of wishing it upon me. So I'll just get to the point...

Is there a rune ritual, or a mantra that can help me quit smoking cigarettes?

There is a thread in the main JoS e-group concerning cigarettes, tobacco use, now caffiene and energy drinks, marijuana use and so forth. Ok, everyone knows cigarettes are extremely bad. My point of this post is through meditation, when you get to a certain level, you will no longer have cravings for things that are harmful for you.

I eat and drink as I please, though in moderation. I know this is a touchy topic, but trying to fight an addiction isn't always the best way to go. If there is a serious problem, then try working on the addiction by affirming you are completely free from the desire for whatever it is you are addicted to. Do the 40 day Satanic rosary working beginning during a waning moon.

As for eating and drinking habits, hatha yoga will offset a lot of things regarding health, no different from working out and weightlifting; as these make your body system stronger and heighten your immune system.

If someone wants to cut out certain foods or drinks from one's diet, this is a personal choice and is fine. Drinking energy drinks [I love these, like black mamba Venom is my favorite], drinking coffee and such...I can assure you, these won't affect your powers. I am sitting here right now with a high caffiene mountain lightning soda and chocolate bar. I have also found caffiene can amplify the energy buzz and the aura at times. I like caffiene and will drink it for the rest of my life. Like I said, I eat and drink as I please and always will.

Satanism is not about abstinance. If someone chooses to abstain, this is free thought and free choice, but definitely not manditory or required for spiritual advancement. Abstinance is of the enemy programs. What good is power meditation if you have to give up pleasure, or getting what you want? With the plethora of enemy writings and crap out there that is corrupted trash and tons of not only wrong, but outright deadly advice regarding opening the soul and spirtiuality, this bleeds over into people believing they have to completely abstain in order to make any spiritual progress. Then the endless bullshit of can't do this; can't do that in the way of using your powers, in order to keep true power in the hands of the enemy at the top.
Not with Satan's way.

HP Vovim has a risen serpent. He eats as he pleases, for one. There is an old saying 'the tightest grip is with an open hand.' Freedom is the key to spiritual advncement.

Abuse and consistent overindulgence of recreational drugs, alcohol, and such will obviously cause one problems, not to mention addiction, which DOES put holes in the aura. Use common sense. Again...if there is a serious problem or any problem where one wishes and desires to be free from anything...use the 40 day working. This may even have to be repeated. Trying to use force and fighting an addiction is not the best way to go. Same as there is a lot to be said about the soft martial arts. Force is not always necessary. It feels so much better when the desire for something harmful is completely gone forever, instead of using so much energy fighting the addiction every day. Ridding the desire is what power meditation is all about, as much as getting what you want and your desires fulfilled. Never forget this, as this is reaching the godhead...masterting your own life and destiny. This is the essence of True Satanism.

What is so hard about it in your opinion?
For me when I quit smoking after 2 years it wasnt about the nicotine but having something to do, for example, waiting for the bus? lets smoke a cig. Got a coffee? lets be italian and smoke a cig (lol) speaking with people? lets smoke a cig. watch tv? smoke a cig.

that was the hard part, the breaking of the habit. if you manage to break the habit you won.

You should check your birth chart, your Neptune could be whats affecting it and making it hard to let it go.
I was in the same boat man, so I understand its not easy, no matter what anyone says. The mental cravings stay for a long time.
I recommend doing a Munka working, 108 (day and night) or 216 vibrations(one sitting) a day for WHILE. That helped me GREATLY with my addiction, so much that I don't ever see or smell cigarettes the same like I used to.

Anyways good luck man.

My own personal experience with quitting alcohol..
I used a 40 day Freeing the soul working
108x Munka
9x Affirmatioms
"I have permanately quit drinking in a positive and healthy manner"

(Prior to this, I didnt want to quit drinking, I wanted to want to quit drinking)
~10 days: Will to quit drinking heightened
~20 days: When I did drink, it made me feel very bad, even if it was only a few beers
~30 days: I have become somewhat disgusted with the idea of liquor and beer, kinda like the hangover feeling just by thinking about alcohol
~40 days: I decided to have some drinks.. Some very negative things happened due to my drinking..

I finished my 40 days working, and started counting days..

Well I can say that I dont desire or crave alcohol or liquor anymore. I dont have a burning hole in my pocket. I dont think about it without some kind of external stimuli. Ive had people offer me drinks and I have been able to easily say no.

But... I have had a few drinks for "special occasions" since I completed my Freeing the soul working, I can say that I defeated my Alcohol Addiction successfully, I kinda hate Alcohol now

Sadly other problems have arisen, not as serious, but i wont sit by idly either.

I should add, I used a freeing the soul working over a year ago..
Although I should of been more specific I did accomplish what I needed back then too..

Do the freeing the soul working, when the moon is waning.

Use the Ansuz Rune and vibrate 108x or 54x.

Raise your energies and affirm:

"I am completely free from any and all addictions and cravings. I am completely fulfilled in mind, body, and soul."

State this affirmation nine times.

Do the void meditation on a daily basis. As it will help you control your mind.

Smoking is just as bad as alcohol and slightly less bad than soft drugs. It can open holes in your aura and damage your heart chakra, just as it damages your lungs.

I have been on and off cigarettes since about April 2012 until December 2016. For me it was never an addiction (see the on and off part). In those four years, I've gone even six months consecutively without a cigarette and I never felt any setback from not smoking. When I decided to quit entirely (it was August 2016), I decided to reduce the quantity over months. In September, October, November and December and I only purchased one small pack per month (10 cigarettes), instead of getting the same every day or every other day as I used to. In December I only smoke two of those cigarettes and I'm not smoking since.

I can advise two lines of thought:

• If you want to stop right away, just stop smoking. Pick up your last pack and throw it in the trash bin. Whenever you feel like smoking, do void meditation instead and raise your energy.
• If you want to stop gradually, try a similar approach to mine or reduce the quantity slowly. Either reduce by one cigarette a day over time or go down seven cigarettes a week. Whenever you feel the desire to smoke more, do void meditation instead and raise your energy.

I hope this can help. This about, rather than breaking the habit, replacing it with another more helpful and productive about. Void meditation sets your thoughts away from your desire of smoking. Alternatively, the replacement can happen in three steps, instead of two:

• Void meditation
• Raise your energies
• Visualise the addiction as something of your choice: a colour, an image, smoke, etc. The more senses are involved, the stronger the visualisation. After you have a clear image of this addiction (NEVER THINK OF IT AS YOURS!), breath it out several times. Like when you inhale you visualise this addiction, when you exhale you visualise it leaving your body through your breath.

You can consider this last step as 'cleaning'. Remember the returning curses part 1 by HPS Maxine Dietrich? You can use that instead of the visualisation I've given. But you program the sun/ball of light above your head for something like "The light is cleaning and removing any addiction to cigarettes on or connected to my soul and is permanently neutralising it." This affirmation is just an example. Of course you can mind-craft your own affirmation, but never refer to the addiction as yours.

Also go to a sauna if you can for the first three(ish) days.

This will help you rid yourself of cigarette chemicals and nicotine via sweating. If no sauna is available I would let your bathroom get as steamy as you can and then take a hot (but comfortable) shower. Hot water opens the pores and cold water closes the pores. :)

An attitude and affirmation change is also required! Saying, "It's hard!" makes it hard...and harder. You must convince yourself - even lie to yourself at first - that it's easy, and never give up on that.

I don’t think doing a munka meditation is really necessary, we have the ability to do self hypnosis..
go into a trance and affirm for many times that you are free from the influence of cigarettes and that you are no longer craving them and you will be amazed how much that works. Repeat for a couple of days for success

If you do go to a sauna to sweat out the chemicals, make sure to shower right after (and change out of/clean any clothes you wore in the sauna) so that you don't reabsorb the chemicals in the sweat. Of course, make sure to stay well-hydrated too.

As others have stated, use daily affirmations. These can be done after your yoga and/or meditation session. This will work over time and easen you gradually out of the addiction, which (for most people) is the way to go about something like this.

Also, I think it was High Priest Jake Carlson who posted a KY kriya several years ago that helps with quitting addictions. I never needed it, but I remember seeing it. It involved tapping, I think. You should be able to find it if you search the e-groups.

I know this maybe unrelated, but I have not been able to drink right for at least 10 years. I'm basically at the point where I won't ever drink more than 2 beers. It's a blessing and a curse. No DUIs but have to find entertainment other ways.

Have no idea what's caused this, but have some good ideas.

Good for you! How is this a curse? Alcohol is terrible for anything but cleaning. It's also responsible for a lot of cancer.

You shouldn't even been drinking 1 beer, let alone 2, if you care about your health. Furthermore, alcoholic beverages don't even tie up well with a healthy diet. That's because they have no nutritional substances. In other words, they give the organism nothing of value. Drinking alcohol is the equivalent of introducing waste substances in one's body.

The works to release the soul are very effective for this, in my personal experience when I started working with the MUNKA mantra to free my soul, my interest in drinking alcohol disappeared quickly and completely.
