How do we uploas photos? I am having trouble.

all ım seeing is a text that says image: does anyone know why?

You have to upload you photos first to an image sharing site like imgur. Copy the photos link on the image sharing site. Then on this site to post the picture, click "img" next to "url" and paste the pictures link inside the that comes up.

Yesterday I was just thinking of how people really knew how to take pictures in the 90's.

When I was a child, my family would take many pictures of me with analog cameras, and they would always say things like:

"Step back a little more...yeah, like that. Looks good.

No no, the sun is shining to that other side, turn there a bit.

No no, not like that, we're gonna waste film"

People would give much more attention to angle, lightning, and other details back then. Taking good photos was a serious thing. When it was time for someone to take a picture of you, you'd even change clothes right away lol.
Perhaps because people had to buy a roll of film to take pictures and on top of that, pay to have them developed, so they'd always make sure the picture came out as good as possible so they wouldn't waste film.

Nowadays, since everyone has a smartphone with a camera and taking photos are for free, most people no longer care about that, which is sad. The art of taking a good shot became underestimated. Most people wil just take out their phones, aim at whatever they wanna take a shot of, and take it in any way, and then they'll often blame the quality of their phone camera for their bad pictures.


Note: I'm not a photographer.

May be a browser or java problem. Right click the image then click "open image in new tab". That should let you view it.

Thankyou i ment to say that i can veiw images. I mean that i dont know hot to insert images into messages. When i click img nect tot he text box it dosnt give me options to go thru my images

You can't upload photos to the forums. You have to upload them to an image sharing site, then copy and paste the photos link between the "[img][img]".

you gotta put your pictire on a website that has image hosting like tinypic then post the link in the message box
