Crown Chakra feels out of place and off center, + Opening it

Ive been working on my crown chakra a lot lately and it feels like its off to the right side of my head a little bit. It could be the Ida or something, but I'm not sure. I saw a post where another member said that the right side of their body feels strange or heavy when working on the crown. I do feel a bit of 'pressure' or more awareness on the right side of my head/brain and the right side of my upper body after working on my crown. But my crown feels like its off to the right side of my head a tiny bit, and this feeling makes it hard to focus on the center of the top of my head where it should be.
Ive mostly been working on my Solar chakra the most, but now ive started to really work hard on my crown to get it open. Ive done a lot magical workings and stuff over the years, but ive neglected working on opening all my chakras, and ive mostly been working on my solar chakra, and Sacral chakra.
I also want to know if the method I'm using on my crown is actually a good one to use.
I do the crown and pineal gland meditation on the JoS site, and I focus on my crown for a few minutes afterwards. Then I do MAUM x40, focus on my crown for a few minutes, then do Guruave x20. I do this all in one meditation working on my crown. (I know Jupiter is retrograde right now, but I don't know if that effects the Guruave mantra, or working on the crown.)
Is this good? Or does anyone have a better way to open the crown?
When I went to bed the other night, I focused on my crown for a while and visualized it white-gold in color and I noticed that I could see 'light rays' shining out of the top of my head, out of my crown chakra. I take it that this is a good sign?
What do you guys think? Could any of the runes or other mantras help in opening the crown and activating the pineal gland better than the method im using, like Ansuz, or any Bija and Shakti mantras?
Id also like to throw this out there about the kabalistic squares. I have mp3s of HPS Maxine doing the vibrations for all the squares, and she uses BUDHAAYA for mercury, and SHUKRAYA for venus. Isnt Mercury's vibration Shukraya? Mercury rules the heart chakra according to the debate we had on the topic I made a while back about which chakras mercury and venus rule. Does she have these two vibrations mixed up? Could one of the high priests please look into this. I noticed this and just wanted to throw this out there and give everyone a heads up on it.
