My other gmail I used for online warfare has been blocked from me accessing it any further. Here's how to create a new one:
1. Have a VPN that will allow you to connect to Canada. I downloaded Windscribe - it's free, and will connect to Canadian VPNs. You could possibly use a Canadian proxy - I haven't tried that to see if it works, but you could give it a try if it's easier / faster.
2. Once connected to a Canadian VPN, go to gmail and create a new account. You should now see that it says entering a phone number is "Optional"
3. Put in a fake birthdate, gender... I put mine as GentileGender haha
And you should be all set!
I have heard if this option fails, try again but put your fake age as 13 as then it is assumed you aren't old enough to own a phone, and therefor cannot verify your account with a phone number. I haven't needed to use this option, thankfully, as I like to have access to videos that sometimes may require you to be older than 18 to view. Just don't make it 16 or older cuz then it's assumed you may have your own phone. Also recommended not making it 15 or 14 if you plan on using the account for a while cuz as soon as you "turn 16" it may ask for you to verify with a phone number (currently doesn't, but they may change their policies on that soon)

Try altering the link and do your best to persuade this person clearly, don't be obvious that you'd make us look bad unless he's toxic himself and acting like a deranged doos vulther quoting stuff like "loob joojoo or forever fire", slap him online and make sure people see that he's the insane one in a good way. (I've been in that edgy phase before, now I'm just trying to stay in balance.)

What browser are you using? I did it using Firefox, while in private browsing mode. Might make a difference. Also, perhaps it doesn't like the proxy, and maybe even the specific VPN you were using (not sure if you were using Windscribe, or another). Otherwise, not sure - I can test it out on my end again to see if I can create another one. There's gotta be some way to be able to make it happen!

okay using firefox and windscribe (on linux) and does not work, however without any vpn (on canadian internet) it works but im not making one without a vpn or at my home network. IF windscribe is working for u, is it the payed version? because the free servers wont work for me.
