Advanced Kevala Pranayama

Postby HP Mageson666 » Fri Sep 20, 2019 11:06 am

Advanced Kevala Pranayama

The way to do this advanced method of Kevala pranayama is to place the tongue in the proper Kechari position with the tongue on the roof of the mouth with the tip touching behind the two front teeth. Then place ones mental focus on the part of the nose between the two nostrils the bottom of the nose makes the m shape the two nostrils being the two open parts of the m shape the middle line of the m shape is the place between the nostrils focus along that part it activates the sushumna nadi point as the two nostrils the right activates the sun and left nostril the moon nadis.

Next comfortable apply the mula banda. The mula banda moves the energy upwards and forces the current upwards and to flow into the sushumna nadi.

One if they wish can also hold both nostrils closed on this breath its also a method this pranayama is used with. But one can also simply focus on the middle part of the nose at the opening of the nostrils. This technique is the third pranayama of Nadi Shodhana the alternative nostril breaths are used for the sun and moon nadis to purify and transform them and the Kevala is for the middle channel the sushumna which is between the sun and moon nadis. Thus working all three of the major channels.

The cobra breath is also called the Aum kriya the breathing to the root to the crown with the mula then they release the breath with the hissing kriya that activates the pineal gland with the psychic fire element, the Shhhh sound. While keeping the tongue in the proper Kechari. This works identical but not in the same fashion. Here the focus is on keeping the breath working with the nostrils and not releasing the breath through the mouth which moves the prana differently for the focus. However applying the Kriya with the mental focus on the sushumna point between the nostrils will make the cobra breath stronger.

And how does one do the Cobra Breath? Is information on it online to be trusted or is there a more proper, Satanic version out there? There isn't a page on it on JoS as far as I know.

Good day to you all.

Cobra Breathing Exercise

The cobra breath is a tantric breathing exercise. In essence, it is an energy-building breath. One uses breath to move kundalini energy up from the root chakra, at the base of the spine, to the crown chakra which lies at the crown of the head. The particular form cobra breath outlined below is used to expand consciousness, and it can lead to states of bliss and joy. Moving kundalini energy through the body is also rejuvenating for organs and aiding cellular processes. Follow the steps below to experience the cobra breath.

Instructions

1. Sit on the edge of a chair, with the edge your buttocks resting on the seat. You may put your hands on your knees if desired. You can also sit with your back against the wall and use a pillow to support your lower back.

2. Press your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Squeeze your anal muscles, or perineum, and hold.

3. Breathe in. As you breathe in, first feel the energy come up from the base of your spine and up your spine. It should progress to the back of your head and around the top to the crown of your head. Keep your tongue pressed on the roof of the mouth, and make sure your anal muscles stay contracted.

4. As you breathe out, keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

5. Slowly, breathe out and make a hissing noise like a snake. Your facial muscles around your jaw and lips should be contracted, almost as if you are smiling, when breathing out.

This kundalini breath since it works with sakini is often sold to people for financial profit to teach them a very simple breathing technique.

Also TONGUE ON ROOF OF MOUTH = Kelchari mudra. Not the kelchari mudra corruption that involves ritual mutilation of the tongue.

I would be careful with stuff like this that comes from outside the JoS. The breathing technique itself is essentially a weaker version of the Sitkari that I posted above, with some anus contractions added in.

This is incomplete, though. HP Mageson stated in the sermon "Reiki Truth" that, with the exhalation, energy is brought from the crown to either the pineal gland for empowerment or into attunement (such as when you given Shaktipat to someone). Also, I'm quite convinced the energy moves through the central chakras, not through the rear extensions. The moola bandha reversed the flow of energy so it can go upward while, if it went through the rear extensions, there would be no need to apply the bandha, as going upward is the normal motion there, as far as I know.

Brother, there is no mention of directing the energy through the rear extensions in the instructions anyway. From what I understood, we need to use the central chakras anyway. At least, that's what I do by default when the energy moves in one way.

However, the rear and front extensions face inward (as in towards the central chakra), don't they? How come going upward is the normal motion?

Good day to you.

This kundalini breath since it works with sakini is often sold to people for financial profit to teach them a very simple breathing technique.

Also TONGUE ON ROOF OF MOUTH = Kelchari mudra. Not the kelchari mudra corruption that involves ritual mutilation of the tongue.

Up the back and down the front, in a circuit. Read about this viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1863

I know the HP's are busy but it should be on the jos :?

I think they might be part of the huge updates they plan to make, mate.

I hope so but as far as i know this update is going to take some time...as HP HoodedCobra explained to me some days ago.

Well, there's been an update on the demonic section.

Just wanted to give my own personal experience with this breath. After doing it, my body started spontaneous kriya and body jerking, afterwards my body was vibrating with energy.

Thank you so much for bringing this knowledge to our attention and working to out it all together. Youre just simply brilliant, Mageson.

I can feel that this pranayama is powerful and great for preparing the kundalini. My kundalini is already awakened so I can especially feel that the breath is facilitating its development.

Hey Shannon :)
If you don't mind, could you share a small step-by-step on how you did it? Especially regarding the timing on each mudra during the breath. Member "94n" already shared his/her own explanation on how to do it. Did you do it like this as well, or did you do anything differently?

Hey Shael ❤

Well the only thing I did was:

-First Kechari mudra (and keeping it through the whole pranayama)

-Then the focus on the columella (keeping this focus throughout the entire pranayama as well)

-And while I'm doing all of the above, I actually do the basic breathing exercise where I breath in and hold for a count of 7.

https://www.joyofsatan.org/www.angelfir ... reath.html

This is what has given me the best results. Its funny how this in its simplicity gives me more kundalini activity than doing it with the mula bandha. As soon as I did it )the simple way without the mula bandha), less than 5 breathes in, my body was going crazy...like something out of a possesion movie. Convulsions, heavy breathing, backward bending and all. No joke...

However, I notice that I get more of an effect while doing the mula banda within the cobra breath only.

So for now, I will just do the Kevala pranayama with the basic breath. And then later just the cobra breath that incorporates the mula bandha.

Alt nostril breath, cobra breath, kevala breath and Hatha Yoga are all one in my Yoga routine. I enjoy it. Azazel told me its best to do the Alt Nostril breath before Hatha yoga and then other pranayama afterward it. Which makes sense.

I will include Bhastrika breath with my Kundalini Yoga.

Thank you for your reply. I will stick to the normal version then. Glad to hear you are getting some awesome effects :)

I have to thank you, by basic breath I thought HP meant just breathing in energy -.-, no wonder that it was not as stronger as what I read here... I will now try it with that. I still didn't try the Bhastrika one but I will add it to my routine too. Do you do the Alt Nostril before Hatha Yoga and then after Hatha yoga you do the other pranayama or you do all the pranayama before Hatha Yoga?

Whether I do Mul bandha for the cobra breath, kevala or during yoga, I hold them for some seconds. It all depends what I am doing. For Kevala, I can hold for alittle while when doing it while I am doing a breathing exercise.
