You can do kundalini yoga. This is something that usually works for everyone who tries it. Some other meditations may be great for some people but not be felt right away by new people. But the yoga works just as well and it always works.

Whatever moment you have the time and opportunity to be doing it. If you have the luxury of even thinking about planetary hours, it sounds like you have many hours of free time. Most of this time should be spent on RTR, meditations, learning more, and whatever else to improve yourself.
