I used to watch the Yogscast years ago, one of the members lewis decided some day to become a vegan, in the beginning he started to look a lot better, not only his looks but also his character became quite something. This did not last for long tough, not even a year later he started to look like a junky, his character became a lot less attractive as well.

This just goes to show how important it is to eat vegetables but also to combine it with eating animal produce.
