Yes, as long as you do not cool yourself too much, which is what such tablets tend to do. This depends on the specifics of the tablet, though. Also, eat plenty of green veggies like broccoli. One can drink dandelion tea, as well as incorporate the sour taste, both of which help the liver.

Beyond this, go easier on heavy meats and fats, which can strain the liver. Check the liver 3 acupoint and see if it is sore. Hold it if you have a headache on the temples, aching of the liver area, feeling congested and irritable, etc.
