so it was about 8 to 10 days ago when I was covid free, but since then my smell and taste has barely come back. I have to really try just to smell something and things still taste different if I can taste at all. Is there something I can do that could bring my senses back to normal? I remember there was something in the 6 month program where we would keep things in our mouth to practice taste and another thing for smell, would I just do those again to rebuild my senses? My taste has come back more than my smell, tho.

It will return. It may take up to a month or a bit more, your sensations might be numb for up to a month or a bit more. Eventually they will return.

Great work on healing.

I read about it potentially being related to zinc deficiencies. The average person is deficient in this, and zinc is also used up in the immune response, so it is possible you have a chronic deficiency here. I would recommend supplementing this or doing more research.

thats good to hear, i was hoping nothing would be "permanent", or at least involve me doing a 90 day sun square to recover it :D

Two people I know who had it they needed like 3 weeks to fully recover their senses, so I think you should be patient and help your body with some more cleaning and healing
