Sleeping hours

I think it's really important to prioritize getting enough sleep. It's so easy to get sucked into late nights and early mornings, but it's essential to get the right amount of sleep to stay healthy and energized. I think it's important to create a consistent sleep schedule, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed out. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every night and morning, and make sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. That way, you can feel your best and be productive throughout the day.
