Sleeping hours

Hello, I wanted to know which symptoms are indicating that I'm sleeping bad.

In the morning, after meditating for while, I feel sleepy and sometimes I fish with my head.Is that normal?

I don't wanna be self indulgent and lazy, and I don't wanna push myself too much,I just would like to know what is healthiest.

btw, I am 18 and I sleep usually for 6 hours per day.Could you help me?

6hours a day is too little... aim for at least 8 hours. I personally without any allarm always wake up after 9\9.5 hours.

6 hours is almost definitely not enough.

8 hours is an average (although some people need less, you are still growing so a bit closer to average is better), some people need 9 or 10 hours.

The amount of sleep one needs varies with the seasons also, with less required in spring and summer and more in autumn and winter.
