So I have low libido and Erection dysfunction
It took me a few years to understand that the cause is digestion
I wasted my time thinking it was porn or depression or stress

So I have to go to poop 3-4 times a day after eating food and it is loose (Bristol type 6 stool)
The food feels as if it passed intestines without absorption
From 6 years,it has weakened my immunity I catch flu every 3 months and diarrhea twice a year
Low hemoglobin (13gram,hb) , but my weight is good , 5 feet 10inch height 75 kg weight
Sleep is ok

Stopped eating junk 6 years ago
Never exercised(always played video games)
But ate a lot of junk in past
Kindly guide me

For ER you should take Ashwagandha, MACA supplement and Horny Goat Weed. I just listed these because these are natural. You might have blockages in your sacral chakra so you might want to clean that using UR or ANSUZ qnd then empower it using The word VAUM. No mention of exercising? I do not know the contents of those books mentioned by Jack... Exercising will increase fitness and testoterone levels. Weights, mainly. Start with bodyweight training and low weight dumbbells. Cardio is good for aerobic conditioning which is as important in other ways. You know oxygen intake, blood vessel count, etc. That in turn will increase libido, but first and foremost do the rune workings Jack mentioned.

Apart from what Jack said, EXERCISE. It is very important. I dont generally get time so I fast like 16-20 hours a day, and just move around , RTRs everything. Try to skip your first meal and go for a jog. Or hatha yoga . Height to weight ratio alone isnt enough to decide health.

Why in the world would you starve yourself for over half the day AND be extremely active? Don't ever skip meals especially breakfast as this sets your metabolism for the day. Skipping meals is a lack of the earth element.

@OP Erectile dysfunction is a blood imbalance which of course starts with digestive imbalances. Try an iron and magnesium supplement along with nutrient foods cooked in good oil. I recommend root vegetables and squash. If diet doesn't help get a blood cleaning tonic or Ashwagandha as Jack recommended.

Get into a good routine like eating, waking up, and going to sleep at certain times.

Find times to just pleasure yourself, doesn't have to be to orgasm just explore your arousal levels. Start working on root lock to build and direct sexual energy.

Maybe but it kind of works for me . It is like a discipline thing that has helped me a lot in lots of aspects in my life. Also its not starving but actually hunger is controlled by ghrelin and subsides in like 2 weeks if you stick with the plan and working out during this time, walking while counting steps , aura cleaning and all meditations are easier for me personally.
And autophagy. Helped me rid of depression ,saved me loads of time, helped me focus better

I did actually lose a ton of weight over 8 months and the mental benefits and progress with meditations was also better. Maybe because it also made me disciplined .
And I did understand about the way most of us are addicted to food and all kinds of simulations and over eating for the most part.

If you are addicted to food or junk food you stop overeating or you stop eating junk food, you don't starve yourself. Fasting is what degenerate xians and islamics do and is terrible for your health, just because you've got placebo effects it doesn't mean it's good.
