Hmmmm I don't think this is inherently even something to be insecure about. If you are quick to orgasm during sex (I assume because you get a lot of pleasure from it) then just focus first on foreplay and stimulating your partner before penetration, so that you can orgasm together in the end. Read the Multi-orgasmic men from mantak chia. Within this book is one exercise (also many other valuable info) pc push ups:
