Who Decides/Approve???

I was wondering, who decides or approves of our posts getting out in order for people to answer them, cause I'm missing a post, that I was really looking for a answer on? Or do posts get posted by the many repliers who have answered them, I sent the post out over 4 days ago, usually my posts come back with replies in a day or later on the day I posted it, but again its been four days and it hasn't even shown up in my messages where I go check them everyday?

Sometimes the groups get a lot of posts, so it is possible that some posts get lost on accident. 

I have had a few posts that didn't come true, if that is the case and it was important to me I would just write it again. 

Most of the time the messages get approved. If they don't get approved there is a good reason for that because the HP's don't just randomly decline your message to the groups without a good reason. 

Most of the time though if your message isn't posted it is because of reasons other than the HP's purposely declining it.
