While doing the Ritual,s this happen to me

this means you're building more energy and its activating your kundalini.The pain is probably because your nervous system is trying to adapt to all the new energy
You just need to give your nerves time to adjust and probably sleep it off if its too much.
I've been sleeping like 10 hours lately because of how much my nerves are changing while opening all these chakras and generating crazy heat with my kundalini.
Just don't fry yourself and you should be fine.

This happen to me I feel like i,m on fire from my feet to my head and its feels like a demon/es is with me the hole day i have strange pains in my body and it feel like the energies flows up and down my spine and when i do  Ritual,s its getting even worse Can someone tel me what this is .did i do something wrong i have reading on our site,s but i can not find what it is. I,m not the same person a was before i hope someone can tel me what i experience here.

Its explains a lot to me. then it must be my Kundalini that came up. Oke i was not knowing about that.
