There is a lot of emphasis on this Sacred River, the meaning is allegorical of course, even if I don't exclude a litteral meaning.
What does it represent allegorically?
Here some things I noticed, and I suppose.
The upper part of the phisical River is very similar to a neuron or to the symbol in the Shenu Sigil of Goddess Seshat.
On wikipedia I found that the Nile in Ancient Greek is called Νειλος (Neilos), this word has a value of 365. This is also the value of the name of God Abrasax (Αβρασαξ), so I think it can be a similar meaning.
Also I found in wikipedia that also biblical hebrew names exist for this River, and as every Pagan character and meaning appaer in the texts of the enemy, it is a curse or a the inversal of the power of a God uppon humanity.
Behind the allegory of the Nile River, maybe there is a God, so mythologically speaking the Nile is a God.
Hope I can hear more about it, these are just things I was able to came up with, not neccessary these are right or wrong.

Odysee 1, 32-34:
"Ah, how shamelessly mortals blame the Gods!
For they say evils come from us,
whereas they themselves, through their own folly, suffer beyond what is ordained".
