I was doing the aura meditation while in bed and when I focused on the aura around my head, I saw a bright light before my closed eyes (imaging shining a torch on your eyes while they are closed) but it was wierd because the light appeared whitish (I imagined me being surrounded by father's aura, white-gold).
What does strengthening my aura do?
