what are born again xtians?

I never quite understood what's going on with them? Do they rededicate to being drones and how are they different from regular NPC xtians?

They are people who did not used to follow the christian rules strictly. Maybe they did some things that christians call sins. But they decided to become very strict christians years later. And they use this born again idea to say that all past sins are forgiven or ignored because they are going to start following the rules now from this moment.
