WATS HAPPENING CAN SUM1 XPLAIN

I have started the 2nd ex and wen I close my eyes and start breathing
I can see a kalaidoscope of colors in front of my third eye then it
changrs to someone who is meditiating( sitting position) and
sometimes i can actually see an eye open amd shut.
Sometimes for no apparent reason i feel a chill on my
bac,sometimes my neck pains for no apparent reason and sometimes the
soul of my feet becomes warm.PEOPLE AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG PLZ
HELP.

^y0ur Ok, doing it correctly. Your 3rd eye is opening.

I frequently see colors, EYE, temperature changes.....etc. Keep it up.
