I'd like to hear your opinions on the matter, the time has come for me to cast my ballot. And the Biden Harris Society is a disaster. It is obvious that Harris wants the melting towards "equality". Whereas It would seem Trump is standing by our Constitution.

Voting trump
There has never been a president since the time israel was named as a country who did not visit that wall. It is meaningless.
idk how much clearer he has to make it.

That's bullshit, the major cities full of liberals far outweigh my tiny little town. We're not supposed to give out our location on this website, but the liberals always make up at least 70% of the vote. On top of that they let the illegals flow in and they indoctrinate them to vote blue too. Trust me, my state will never be a swing state.
This is true with the people who usually end up voting in the elections. But there are always many millions of people who never vote. If everybody voted, the results would be different. People assume that their vote will not make any difference, but these elections often come down to a difference of a couple thousand or even a couple hundred votes. Especially for state and local positions. There are examples often enough of senators and congressmen who won by less than a hundred votes.

I vote when Sheriffs, State reps are due. CA, NY, NJ, MA, CT have no chance of going red for the foreseeable future.

At which point does Jim Jones walk in with the Koolaid?

NY is 99% red if you don't count NYC. That is the perfect example of a state that is supposed to be red, but it is the apathetic people who don't bother trying that flips it blue. Look at AOC, she keeps winning her election and in a district with about a million people, her election is always decided by about 10,000 voters, and like 50,000 voters total. If the other hundreds of thousands of people voted, results would likely be different.
Much of NJ has been turning more red. Look at Jeff Van Drew for example. He was elected as a democrat and switched to become a republican, and he still has the support of his voters. He has even more support now.

And there are state reps and sheriffs up for election now in most places. Every 2 years there are congressmen and often also senators up for re-election.

Most of my message was not about you specifically. I talked about several different things. The only part that I was thinking about you was specifically the welding, and everything else was not about you.
Of course I expected you to see it. I wrote it under your comment. Are you going to blame me saying that you don't get a notification saying somebody replied on a topic that you have participated in? Because by default, you do get that notification. And the reason why I didn't quote you is because the majority of the message was not about you.
So all of the union welders have a special license? Do you not believe that a nuclear power plant or an oil pipeline would be built by licensed union welders? It's an expensive government contract, I would assume that that is who would get that job and not some unskilled hobbyist. If I remember correctly, you even mentioned years ago about working on building a new power plant. If I'm remembering correctly, the jobs that are being added are literally your job.
you writing it under my comment without quoting me will not result in a notification.
With contractors that work with unions a HUGE majority of their jobs that they give out are exclusively for union because this is in the agreement and in the contract this is how it works. Union workers normally also can't work non union specifically if this is the same type of work on the non union side. New construction is also not exempt. Demo and new construction both have a union and non union side. There are some places that let non union in but its frowned apon and they work on very seperate agreements. the most mix up you will see with this is in right to work states where union is very weak or not noticable. All the work i have done after coming back to the states and the jobs i have been given was because of union and union jobs before me that brought work and got work done.
Down south you will not see liscenses because union is weak. Its a way to both be proficient in what you do as well as keep non union from taking union work. I moved up north specifically for one of the main reasons that union was much better and stronger up here. I am treated much better and have a much better work life balance. I even get vacation and sick pay. I was told i had a vacation account 8 months into my first job up here and found it holding over two thousand dollars. Unions train their apprentices and take in skilled journeymen if there is spots and if they need them. I do not want any of these things weakened or taken away. Trump can bring all the work in the world to america but it will mean nothing to the quality of my life if it is non union. and he is anti union.
