Videos for meditations and workings

I often listen to, and look at meditation videos when doing breath of fire, meditations and Ritual's - as I find it extra relaxing and powerful with the combined music and visuals together.

Here are some of my favorites so far:

There are a lot more also, and everyone might of course have their own personal favorites as taste varies. But these are some of my top picks.
For Ritual's I only listen to the audio, but often do some breath of fire beforehand while both listening and watching in order to raise my energies.

Ritual's is a bit similar to meditation; as it requires full concentration in order to be fully effective - which requires training.
People new to this may not fully realize it at first, but should know that when concentration becomes better through training, the results also will.

I really like the Temple of Bastet. It's so calming and relaxing!

I think I'll leave it in the background while I sleep, so I can relax. I need to get up early tomorrow, so listening to relaxing music like this is a blessing! Great choice!
