@ Kait- Past tense refers to stuff that has already happened, so to affirm that something already happened won't make it happen as it's in the past and you can't change the past. That's why we use present tense, to make something happen. And future tense will just create a continuous "[whatever it is] is going to happen", so it will never actually happen. Change the affirmation you stated to "___ is happening quickly and easily". Make sure to add "in a positive and healthy manner for me".
