This new Ritual...

So the newest Ritual Pythia gave us, is awesome. I and many others could feel its power and diffirence in the energy. But what I can not quite understand is, why is this new Ritual taking so much energy? I mean, I meditate and raise huge amounts of energy everyday. So why do I feel completely drained after doing this Ritual?? I barely can stay awake at evening, and as soon as I get in my bed I sleep...for 12 hours! I haven't slept over 6 hours in 3 and a half years...This new Ritual is taking a serious amount of energy..just saying.
