Third Eye Opening

i am at my 3rd day but i only felt a cool feeling ( something like being refreshed / or somewhat when you eat a minth gum ..) in my 6th/3rd eye unlike the first 2 days where i had headaches ... does it mean it didn't work ?

The sensation is a positive indicator that you are activating and empowering your 3rd eye. Meditation causes a variety of sensations including heat, cold, tingling, pressure, and vibration. Unless something feels negative, there is nothing to worry about. If something feels negative, stop. You should trust your gut (intuition). Trusting your intuition can save your life.
