excuse me but i want to know the meditation to exicute this. and any
other meditations involving the hands. third eye and such. i know it is
possable to send energy and use it like a ray to damage some one even
with the third eye. so how can i do this. i did something like it but i
can't seem to do it again...

what should i practis on i don't want to use it just yet.

All though I've never tried, I think a good way to attempt it is

too

use your third eye to make a energy ball ( psi ball) filled with

pure

hatred and rage and let it build for a good while into a condense

ball

the size of a pool ball then simply direct the ball into the enemys
brain.....or if you can perfrom biokinesis which is relatively more
simple attck either the victims brain or heart creativly killing

with

energy or psi shoudlnt be very hard, or you can use the death spell
that has been posted on the JOS site
