Another thing is that he was born with a small mole in the middle of his forehead right were the third eye is. Is it possible maybe he opened some stuff in another life?

Sounds like he's what is known as an "Indigo Child."
There's a possibility that he could've worked on spiritual advancement in a previous life. You never know unless you look into his past life.
