I deal with people who are dedicated, but fall into to fear so easily. They fear everything and anything. They won't even spiritually advance because they fear how it feels and going into the unknown. It's easy to be frustrated with people like this. They are so engulfed in the current state of the world, physical harm, and finding safe heavens. I try leading by example, but you can't force someone to stop being scared. They will do what they want and hopefully they can make better choices on their own.
