Hi i wanted to know what could be the cause of tears coming out when i perform the Runes, its strictly just tears no emotions felt nothing, my eyes just become teary when i recite the runes

Which runes are you reciting or are you vibrating them? Are they runes connected to removing something from you. Such as if you are removing something from you that to at is okay. It is just you purging your soul and aura and your chakras of negativity and or curses etc. you are going to fell much cleaner and happier after you can more out of you. If you are using a rune that is connected to sudden numbness I was thinking Isa would be such a rune if I am correct or if it is a Rune that is connected to sadness. All this is logical and I had many side effects when I started on the spiritual path such as tears, joy, sadness, numbness, positive and negative emotions. When you work on the soul in any way, rust comes out and that creates some side effects

When I was a beginner in meditations, runes and mantras made me tear up too, but they also made me yawn a lot, even if I wasn't sleepy.
Me too i become teary and yawn a lot even though when i started i wasn’t even tired
