I recently bought some tarot cards and I liked them a lot. Is it normal that I want to constantly touch them, do a shuffle and learn something about the future?

Sure it is, sounds like your deck wants to meet you and get to work immediately! Here's what you should do:
Ask it "What is your most important characteristic?"
Give it a shuffle, and pull the top card.
Next "What are your strengths?"
Give it another shuffle, and pull the top card.
Next "What are your limitations?"
Shuffle, and pull.
"What is your lesson for me?"
Shuffle, and pull.
"How can I best learn and work in sync with you?"
Shuffle, and pull.
Finally "What is the potential of our relationship?"
Shuffle, and pull.
You might want to go through the deck afterward and take a good, hard look at each card, and ask yourself what do you see in it's image? How does it relate to you and your journy?
And do this each time you shuffle and pull for a reading, but ask yourself: What does this mean in relation to my current position in my spiritual journy?
Feel the energy of each card in the moment.
That's my advice. Remember, the deck is "alive" in some way. Always treat it with the utmost respect, clean and it the way you would your soul. Happy reading!
