Sun in Libra

There is a person who is harming my life and other people's lives constantly, he is violent and aggressive with everyone, he constantly messes with my things and besides general teasing, he attacks me and other people, reaching really serious levels to the point of taking really heavy stones and throwing them at people in a way that could really hurt them, he has even done this to me.

I am forced to live with him and I am not the only one who is affected by his actions, but he always gets away with everything he does because the people who should hold him accountable always push the problem under the rug when he pretends to get better, I don't have the option to walk away and neither do my friends, so I decided to take magical measures in this regard.

I know Libra is linked to law, justice, karma, etc, this was even mentioned in a post by Cobra about the number 7, so I was wondering if I could take advantage of Mabon when the Sun enters Libra to do a spell that does justice by holding him accountable for his actions, but JoS's description of the Moon in Libra completely ignores this aspect of justice, so I am in doubt if Libra would really be the ideal sign for this, I would like some opinions from people with more knowledge of astrology.

For magick, go with the Moon, not Sun. Moon in Scorpio will also work for this.

But yes, Mabon is a great time to do important workings, regardless of the Moon.

You don't need to wait for "the perfect time" to do magick, especially if it as emergency like this. Just make sure it isn't void.
