Spell for making someone sick/deathly ill?

I don't want to actually kill the person in mind, I'd like to make them suffer for a while though. They have disrespected in the most hateful of ways, I want them to become deathly Ill with an unknown illness that will make them Suffer and Pay for what they have said and done. But then id' also like to remove it after they have learned their lesson. is there a way that i can accomplish this? i can't seem to find the proper magic for this. Thanks.

" you have a heart, me I'm unable to do so I made my Ex get in a car accident for her disrespecting me [long story] she got her lesson and she always look down when she see's me. her car is still broken even after a year because the accident was with a truck .
