Some Legal Help

I tried to ask Satan to head this off at the pass, but now I am officially being sued by a company.

First, if they later do a writ of eviction against me for personal property, what happens to stuff that is the in house but I don't own at all? Like other people's things?

I have an attorney, but they seemed to have been blowing me off in my worries, "Oh, they rarely do that in your state."

I am not worried about my family's stuff for their sake. If anything of theirs gets swept up along with mine, I know they'll lie to the Sheriff and the courts about other stuff I am supposed to have 'hidden.' Then I'll have the legal system riding me to reveal "hidden assets" I don't have.

So anyone know what I can do?

I'm not sure what happens to the stuff, but you wanna ask Eligor for help. He helps with legal stuff.

Thanks alot, and I mean it. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I was on the phone with the attorney this morning and she said I can come up with the amount of money, even on the trial date, they'll have to toss the case. So that's something.
