Should i use a store bought Ouija board or can i just make one on paper? And does it matter which materials i make a pendulum from?

You could do either, but buying one from a shop might have negative energies attached to it.
Besides, ouija boards (and pendulums) can be pains in the neck and arse at the same time. It's better and easier to open your own psychic centres - Third Eye Chakra, clairaudience points, etc. - than it is to use ouija boards & pendulums. We can influece them, and that means interfering with them, plus enemy entities can interfere, pretending they are of Satan. To use them effectively, we should be more advanced - but by then, we wouldn't need to use these tools.
